Q2: What areas do you serve?

Coverage varies by market and depends on which homeowners and hosts are active in a given area at the time of your request. Submit your location on the housing request form and we will let you know what is available.

Q3: How do you vet the homes in your network?

Homes go through a review process that includes an application, a property review, and a standards checklist before a homeowner is approved to host. We only match requests to homes that meet our hospitality standards.

Q4: Can families with pets be placed?

Some homes accept pets and some do not. Note pet needs on your housing request so we can match accordingly.
